1) About Tycoon Empire

Tycoon Empire is a Sri Lanka-based international sourcing and trade facilitation company providing services such as:

  • Import facilitation support
  • Export facilitation support
  • Logistics & customs clearance coordination
  • Trade consulting and advisory

We are a service and coordination provider and do not generally manufacture products unless expressly stated in writing.

2) Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website to transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish website content without written permission (except where permitted by law)

3) Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

  • Any quote or estimate provided by Tycoon Empire is based on the information you provide and may change if requirements, quantities, specifications, shipment terms, exchange rates, duties, taxes, supplier pricing, or shipping conditions change.
  • Quotes are typically time-sensitive and may have a validity period mentioned in the quotation or message.
  • Final costs may vary due to external factors such as carrier schedules, regulatory changes, and third-party charges.

4) Client Responsibilities

To receive accurate guidance and coordination support, you agree to provide complete and truthful information, including where relevant:

  • Product details / specifications, photos, and documentation
  • Quantity, target timeline, origin / destination
  • Required standards, certifications, labeling, packaging, or permits
  • Any restrictions or special handling instructions

Tycoon Empire is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

5) Supplier & Product Disclaimer (Sourcing Services)

Where we assist with supplier identification, verification support, negotiation, sampling coordination, or quality inspection coordination:

  • Supplier information is based on available verification steps and coordination efforts.
  • Tycoon Empire does not guarantee supplier performance, manufacturing outcomes, or product quality unless explicitly agreed in a written contract.
  • You remain responsible for final purchase decisions and confirming product suitability.

Where third-party inspection services are used, inspection outcomes are the responsibility of the inspection provider.

6) Logistics & Customs Clearance Coordination

We may provide logistics and customs clearance coordination, documentation support, HS code guidance, and duty calculation guidance. You acknowledge that:

  • Customs decisions and final duty/tax assessments are determined by applicable authorities and regulations.
  • Timelines may be affected by port congestion, inspections, weather, documentation issues, and regulatory processes.
  • Any guidance provided is for planning and coordination purposes and should not be considered legal advice.

7) Export & Compliance

Export documentation and compliance requirements depend on product type and destination market regulations. You agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring product legality, ownership, and export eligibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Certifications and approvals may require third-party services and/or government approvals.

Tycoon Empire may provide guidance and coordination but cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

8) Payments & Service Confirmation

  • Service scope, fees (if applicable), timelines, and payment arrangements will be confirmed via invoice, quotation, email, or written message.
  • Work may begin only after required confirmations and/or payments are received, depending on the service.

If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be liable for applicable service costs already incurred.

9) Communication Channels (WhatsApp, Email, Forms)

You agree that Tycoon Empire may contact you using the details you provide (WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, email). If you use our website forms connected to WhatsApp :

  • Form submissions may open WhatsApp and transmit the text you entered.
  • WhatsApp/Meta services are governed by their own policies and availability.

Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal data through messaging apps.

10) Intellectual Property

All website content including text, design elements, logos, images, icons, and brand materials are the property of Tycoon Empire or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, or redistribute them without written permission.

11) Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the fees paid to Tycoon Empire for the specific service giving rise to the claim (where applicable).

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, pandemics, war, regulatory actions, carrier disruptions, power/network failures, or customs holds.

13) Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
